Jill had a wedding shower a while back in her hometown of Buffalo. Well, this time around... my mom threw us one in DC. We had an absolute blast. We had a taste of what it's going to be like at the wedding - jumping from group to group, trying to talk/entertain with everybody. We want to thank everybody that came and celebrated with us!

This time we both made it back to DC for a visit. The main reason for the visit was because we were going to our second wedding shower. While in DC, we took the opportunity to tour the actual city for a change. Despite the cold weather we still walked around as well as visited the National Museum of Natural History, the Hirshhorn Museum's Sculpture Garden, and the Freer Gallery of Art. I also got a chance to take Jill to visit my father's grave at Arlington National Cemetery

Couldn't resist. Had to post some of these pictures we took of Max looking out the window (laying on a box we put down temporarily). Side note - I need to take more pictures of the outside - we finally got some trees cut down. In fact, I'll post pictures on a future post with regards to recent house changes.

Another year, another year closer to the big 3-0 for Jilly! Like last year, we got together with a bunch of our friends. Mainly - Splittsville at Channelside - which is a bar/restaurant that also includes some bowling lanes and pool tables. Thought I took more pictures than these but it's all I have. Happy Birthday to my future wife!

Another quick post here... busy with wedding plans. We're down to almost 3 1/2 months left. Yikes! Anyway, we wanted to show a preview of our engagement photos. Pictures were taken by Lawrence Photography who are also doing our wedding. We found them through a friend of ours and they've been great! Let us know what you think.

Pictures from around Christmas time. This year, I went back to DC for a quick visit with my mom. Jill stayed in Florida while her Dad and Stepmother visited. I met up with them a couple of days later.

Our friend Lu - from Peru came to visit. It's been two years since his last visit to Tampa and this time we actually got him out to explore. It was so much fun having him over and reminiscing. He leaves first thing tomorrow morning - on his way to the second part of his vacation up in DC. I may have the opportunity to meet him up there but not sure yet.

The Strong Family stopped by on halloween, brining over Madison (all dressed up) and new born Kylee. Here's more cute pictures of them that evening.

Jill threw a birthday party for me at the house... but I'm too old for that. I'm only 23 :) right? It's more of what has become our tradition of quarterly parties at the house to have an excuse to relax and have fun with friends. Think of it as a pre-halloween, oktoberfest, birthday bash. And yet again, I play host too much and forget about the camera. I'm going to have to give the camera to somebody else next time. Anyway, included some pictures of the new pool table and decoration art work that Jill did in the garage. Also, some pictures of a "little" accident that happened to my bike :(

And... Kylee is born Oct. 2nd, 2007. Now before you jump to conclusions - Kylee is our neighbors new born daugther. She's another cutie addition to the Strong family... our good friends here in Tampa.

I know it's been a long time since we've posted anything - busy with wedding plans and all. Well, I've been busy watching Jill plan stuff. J/K. Anyway, with all the busy-ness, we still make time to party. We invited friends over for a bbq/party on Labor Day. Not many pictures though, I'm afraid. I got too involved with the guests :)

Our first real vacation in a long time. Jill and I drove down to Key Largo to meet up with some of her family. Lots of good food, diving, great company, and swimming was had by all.
