Well, it looks like I might finally become a new homeowner soon. I've been looking to buy a new home for years but the prices in the DC area were just insane. The prices here in Florida are not even close. I didn't think I would buy a place so soon after moving down to Florida but I saw one advertised at work that I could not pass up. I'm still in the early stages but I just found out today that the seller accepted my offer. So as long as everything else works out, I should be moving within the next two months. Here's some pictures of the place. Picture quality isn't so great but will try to get some better ones next time.
