Who knew that there is a large Filipino community in Tampa. We heard about this Filipino Festival but at too late of a notice that Jill and I only caught the very end of the weekend festival. The picture on the left is of me in front of the festival gate. The second picture is of the Philippine Cultural Foundation symbol found in front of the new Bayanihan Arts and Events Center
